Black Art Filter by Lemo Magic

The Black Art Filter is a set of 3 different filters that clip onto your phone or webcam that is useful when filming magic that uses black art.  It is also useful in regulating color and controlling bright lights.

What you get for $50 is a small plastic clip that fits on your phone or laptop, 3 plastic filters that fit in the clip and a youtube download instructional video that is less than 3 minutes long.

The video is taught in Spanish by Leonardo Moreno (this the Lemo Magic) and has English subtitles.  There is not trick taught.  The video basically zooms through different situations in which you can use these filters.

The ad copy states:

“The Black Art Filter is a magic accessory to be placed on the lens of the cameras in different devices.

It will help you regulate the different types of lights, making it easier for you to hide the different fakes you use.

In addition, being antireflex, it will enhance colors and images. This way, you won’t have to deal with glare and reflections that hinder your work.

This plastic device has three interchangeable filters of different graduations. It is adaptable to notebook, cell phones, netbook and Tablet, both for front and rear cameras.

The product is intended to be used in live shows (ZOOM, MEET, etc.) or recordings (Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.)”

I am quite certain that there are people out there that do social media magic and will absolutely love this product.  However, they are not going to love the $50 price tag.  That just seems way too expensive for what you are getting.

It this product scratches your itch, or solves an outstanding problem, you can go to any Murphy’s Magic dealer and pick it up.

I appreciate Murphy’s Magic sending this product to me so I can review it for my readers.
